Hi I am Anjana;

I believe healing occurs in safe relationships, and my work is shaped by my early experiences in India. I support navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, emphasizing an informed approach that recognizes how harm affects us. My practice focuses on safety, choice, and empowerment, integrating various therapeutic methods to facilitate reconnection and healing.
