Mohamed Osman-Abdallah

Hi, I am Mohamed Osman-Abdallah, and I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work collaboratively with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
I have experience across community mental health, primary care, residential treatment, and private practice, and have a particular passion for supporting men and adolescent boys while also working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. As an Arabic-speaking therapist, I am committed to providing culturally responsive, identity-affirming care. My therapeutic approach is warm, practical, and individualized, integrating evidence-based interventions with a strong emphasis on building authentic therapeutic relationships and helping clients develop lasting skills beyond the therapy room.
